Studio Access & Arrival The studio is accessible by buzzer (110) only. To avoid waiting outside, please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time, as I may be with another client and unable to provide access earlier.

CANCELLATION POLICY By booking an appointment, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice—for any reason—you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.

If you booked your appointment within 24 hours, it’s considered confirmed, and the policy applies if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive late, you’ll receive the remaining time in your session, and billed for the original booking lenght.

Emergencies will be handled personally, but schedule conflicts are not considered emergencies.

Important information for treatments including face massage (Face Lymphatic and Face ritual/bucal): If you’ve had any recent cosmetic injectables, please let me know before your appointment. For your safety, face treatments cannot be performed within 2 weeks of Botox or 3 weeks of filler. If this applies to you, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Not sharing this information may increase the risk of product migration or other complications, so please be sure to mention it when booking.
